How should I store/protect my jewellery?
Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products. Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.

How is BLINK& different?
All BLINK& chains are produced using only the highest quality and most durable precious metals from Solid Gold to Sterling Silver. Our Gold Bonded chains are crafted by coating a Solid Sterling Silver chain 3 times in real gold. This is a very expensive and meticulous process done in Italy by expert jewelers. Most competitors offer cheaply made flash plated chains with a stainless steel base and thin layer of gold plated over the steel.

Is there life time guarantee?
We in Blink& are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewelry, which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee on our invisible setting patent. Also If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece – free of charge.(This warranty is voided under any user damage issues scratches, accidental breakage, water damage)
If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value
There is a $75 repair fee if you encounter future problems, only for repairable items.
Lifetime guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items.

Where is my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 3-5 working days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification.
Please note it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.
Returns
Returns policy
We have extended our returns period for Black Friday and Christmas. You can return your item via our portal within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed.
Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.
Blink& will only reimburse the return shipping in the event that a wrong item was sent to the recipient.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been fulfilled. You will then be able to track your order through the track link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry! Your order will usually take up to 24 hours to be dispatched.

With FedEx 2 day shipping, your packages are delivered within 2 business days throughout the United States.
